Welcome to Elder and Sister Habel

We are excited to welcome Elder and Sister Habel to the Mission. They will be serving in DeFuniak Springs. Just a fun fact about DeFuniak Springs. They have one of only two perfectly round lakes in the world! The other one is in Switzerland. It is their claim to fame.

It's a beautiful little town.

Elder and Sister Watson

Elder and Sister Watson serving in Pensacola on the Naval Base are doing marvelous things. They spend several days a week on the base sharing a gospel message, FHE, or Sunday services with the cadets. Here is the group they met with last week when we were visiting. Thanks Watsons!

PANAMA CITY Zone Conference

Sweetest spirit ever at this Zone Conference. No one wanted it to end. We just sat afterward and soaked in the spirit. Wonderful!

Breaking for lunch is always fun, especially when there are wonderful Relief Society Sisters preparing it!

We truly appreciate the efforts of all of our Senior Missionary Couples, including the Thompsons serving in Lynn Haven, Panama City. We will surely miss them when they leave in October.

FORT WALTON Zone Conference

Couldn't be prouder of these missionaries! We spent the morning introducing our new "Finding" tools, and then we all headed over to the "Golden Corral" for lunch. Missionaries talking to all sorts of people at the restaurant! Such great missionaries. They were using some of the tools we had just taught.

It was hard to say good bye to Sister Rappleye, but I will always remember the sweet teaching appointment we shared with Brother Quick. He was baptized about a month ago, and his grandchildren will be baptized this Saturday.

PENSACOLA Zone Conference

We are loving these missionaries -every one! They are fantastic! We are all so excited about the unveiling of our new mission tools. We will be testing the waters for other missions in the Church. Stay tuned!

And, we finished off the night with our Assistants at Cheddars, eating Chicken and Waffles. Yup, it's a southern dish. Yum!
